Set up a PayPal.me link
Create the account and short link donors will use. Skip this step if you chose Ko-fi.

Personal or Business
A Personal account is fine for donations. Choose Business only if you are collecting for a registered business and want its name on the account.
Your bank
Linking a bank lets you move donations out of PayPal. PayPal confirms the account with small deposits, which can take a few days.
Your username
Your PayPal.me username is hard to change later. Use your own name or the name people already know you by.
Taxes
Donations to a person can still count as income. Ask an accountant if you are not sure how to report them.
